"Kids Present" in the Spotlight
"Kids Present" is a joint program of the Greenburgh Library and parishioners of Youth Mission of Life. Its mission is to offer assistance to any K-12 student interested in overcoming their fear of presenting or who would like to increase their confidence to become better prepared for life. On Sunday, March 24th, they presented a talent show at the Greenburgh Library featuring a dozen youth who participate in various aspects of their program.
Dr. Pauline Mosley, Full Profesor at Pace University, and Grace Fell, Retired Director of Children's Services at the Greenburgh Public Library are the co-founders of "Kids Present." Greenburgh's Director of Arts and Culture Sarah Bracey White presented a talk on Gaining Self confidence, and Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner presented certifictes of Acievement to all participants.
